Our School
Dassa McKinney Elementary School, located in West Sunbury, Pennsylvania, currently educates our community’s students in grades kindergarten through sixth. Dassa McKinney Elementary School students enjoy our high standards of excellence.
We have got it all! We have got it all! Thanks to support from our teachers, staff members, and community, we foster a culture of academic excellence through diverse programs. We believe in a curriculum that includes the “3 R’s” (reading, writing, and arithmetic) with art, music, physical exercise, library, and STREAM activities.

Gifted Program
PAGE (Pennsylvania Association for Gifted Education) is a parent support group for gifted students that offers information, support, and more to help your child receive quality services.
Support Our School
You’ll find many opportunities throughout the school year to support our Warriors in their educational adventure. Our sixth grade class runs a recycling program every year, and our entire school participates in the Box Tops for Education program. We appreciate your constant support.
