The safety of our students and staff is a top priority at Moniteau School District. We are writing to inform you of a new Pennsylvania law, Act 44, which took effect on January 6, and requires school districts to notify parents/guardians and employees when an incident involving the possession of a weapon occurs on school grounds, on school transportation, or at a school-sponsored activity.
